Installing FAWE (FastAsyncWorldEdit)
Make sure to execute the following steps while the server is off.
Make sure to delete WorldEdit from the plugins folder before installing FAWE, since they are mutually exclusive.

Make sure to download the files that correspond to your minecraft server's version
Move the .jar file downloaded into the folder plugins of your server.
Start the server; the plugin should loaded and be working normally.
